St. Joseph Ministry Fair
October 4/5th
Mark your calendars for October 4 & 5 and plan to join us after any Mass in the courtyard for our St. Joseph Ministry Fair.
This event is more than just an opportunity to browse tables. It’s a chance for our parish ministries and groups to share who they are, what they do, and how they serve both the Church and our community. It’s also the perfect time for those who feel called to get more involved to take that first step.
Beyond the practical, the Ministry Fair is a powerful witness to the life and vibrancy of our parish. Seeing so many ministries side by side is a living image of the Body of Christ—many parts, each with unique gifts, working together in faith, love, and service.
The dedication of parishioners—of all ages and backgrounds—is what sustains the heart of St. Joseph Parish. Many serve quietly and faithfully, day by day. The Ministry Fair shines a light on that service and extends an invitation for others to join in.
Whether you’re new to St. Joseph or have been here for years, come learn, be inspired, and reflect on how God may be calling you to share your gifts. Together, let’s continue building a vibrant, welcoming, and faith-filled community as disciples of Christ.
Stewardship Prayer
Loving Father,
You alone are the source of every good gift.
We praise You for all Your gifts to us,
and we thank You for Your generosity.
Everything we have, and all that we are,
comes from You. Help us to be grateful and responsible with these gifts.
You have called us to follow Your son, Jesus,
without counting the cost.
Send us Your Holy Spirit to give us courage
and wisdom to be faithful disciples.
We commit ourselves to being good stewards.
Help us to be grateful, accountable,
generous, and willing to give back with increase.
Help us to live the call of Christ and
make stewardship a way of life.
We make this prayer through Jesus Christ,
our Lord, who lives and reigns with You
and the Holy Spirit, now and forever.

All priests of our beloved Diocese of Yakima will be together this week from Tuesday through Friday for their Annual Diocesan Convocation in Richland, WA. Please pray for all of them that they may have a productive time together.
They will be addressing some important pastoral concerns and issues, and discerning how to better serve our parishes. Although it will be a working convocation, let us pray they also have an enjoyable and restful time of fellowship and strengthening of their ministry. There will be communion services offered on those days in English and Spanish here in the parish. Thank you!
Faith Formation Center Update
Thanks to your continued generosity, we have now raised $1,388,138 toward our parish goal of $2,500,000. This is a tremendous blessing, yet we still have a ways to go before reaching our goal. Every gift, large or small, makes a real difference in helping us complete this important project.
This week marks a joyful milestone as Middle School and Religious Education classes begin in the new Faith Formation Center. What was once just a dream is now becoming a reality—a place for our children, youth, and families to grow in their Catholic faith.
Final work on the ramp, landscaping, and punch list items is being completed to ensure the space is fully ready for all our parish programs. The center will serve not only Faith Formation and Youth Ministry but also Adult Formation and parish gatherings for years to come.
We are deeply grateful for your prayers, sacrifices, and support. Together, as one parish family, we are building a lasting legacy of faith for future generations of St. Joseph

Middle School Youth Ministry (Grades 6–8)
Begins Monday, September 29th. We’re launching a renewed junior high youth group open to all 6th–8th graders!

Meets Monday nights from 6–7:30 PM. Teens will encounter Christ through community, prayer, and engaging formation.
Confirmation Preparation (7th & 8th Grade)
·7th grade - Four monthly prep nights (will be noted on parent calendar)
·8th grade - Eight monthly prep nights (will be noted on parent calendar).
High School Youth Ministry (Grades 9–12)
Begins Sunday, September 28th 6-7:30 PM. Now following the Life Teen model for deeper Scripture engagement and relational discipleship. Monthly XLT Adoration Nights featuring inspiring talks, praise & worship, and Eucharistic Adoration.
